ITK Student Leadership System is a program applied in all our campuses for the 6th, 7th,8th and 9th grades. With this programme the students are observed to,

• Gain positive attitudes towards general education life, teachers and school,
• Experience emotions of worthiness by seeing that they are cared about,
• Handle the negative feelings that they experience at school,
• Increase their academic success,
• Take precautions about their challenging lessons, notice the academic fields that they are talented at and make use of them,
• Are provided with efficient studying skills,
• Learn to study systematically,
• Gain motivation,
• Learn to be successful at social events and have high social skills,
• Gain confidence, be an entrepreneur and have communication skills to express himself/herself easily,
• Understand and apply the proper rules of the school and the society,
• Have universal and cultural values,
• Gain the school spirit and act accordingly,
• Gain the skills of making friends and maintaining friendships.
