Each department and class level of teachers "Leadership Teams" regularly meet and are supported by the Middle East Technical University Educational Sciences faculty both to share existing educational activities and provide interdisciplinary communication. Izmir Private Turkish College, provides active learning in the learning process with the understanding that involves an innovative and creative approach, helps to develop the academic education of students and is designed to develop their skills and learning as individuals, social and organizational competency.
