Designed to support the curiosity of young children, our kindergarten offers a first step focused on trust, warmth, and exploration with specially designed classrooms, outdoor play areas, and age appropriate educational materials. Early childhood programs integrate psychological development and motor skills, while meal, sleep, and hygiene routines are carried out under expert supervision. Our garden areas are equipped with play materials and garden equipment suitable for different age groups, supporting children’s physical development and social interaction. Our kindergarten also provides a safe and child friendly learning environment.

The primary goal of our institution is to raise students as balanced, happy, and contemporary individuals who can make the right choices and contribute in multiple ways to themselves and their surroundings.

The educational programs implemented in ITK Kindergartens place play, the most important learning tool of the preschool period, at the center. Thanks to our approach based on learning through movement and enjoyment, our students actively “learn while having fun”.

In our program, in line with the fundamental principles of preschool education, we adopt a play based and project based approach, supporting children in thinking, researching, using knowledge, and producing solutions.

Our classrooms are designed to support children’s physical, cognitive, linguistic, emotional, and social development at the highest level, and the education process is planned in an uninterrupted and spiral structure starting from age 3 through grade 12. The Day Care Center operating under the İzmir Özel Türk Koleji Büyükçiğli Campus began its activities on August 25, 2011, and provides education for children aged 3 (24-36 months), 4 (36-48 months), and 5 (48-60 months).

Our kindergarten is established in a single building on a flat area of approximately 540 m² and provides children with a safe and enjoyable learning environment through its soil grass area, outdoor playground, and indoor play hall.
