A personalized smart card system is used for canteen and store purchases made by our students on campus.
Parents can monitor their children’s spending in real time, set daily limits, and restrict specific products if desired. Thanks to the online balance top-up system, canteen transactions are fast, secure, and effortless.
Smart Card Monitoring
With the smart card system used in school canteens, payments are completed within seconds, eliminating time-consuming processes such as receiving change.
To prevent congestion at cashier points during balance top-ups, we use the Online Smart Card Balance Top-Up method.
You can load credit online 24/7 via

using a credit card, in selected amounts (50–100–150–200 TRY).
Top-Up
You can set a daily spending limit for your child’s canteen purchases; in this case, the student will not be able to spend more than the specified limit within a single day. You may top up the smart card by making a cash payment at the school cashier or by transferring funds via bank transfer.
To prevent parents from having to make frequent transfers and students from spending their break times constantly reloading their cards, and to reduce congestion at the cashier that takes time for both parents and students, a minimum top-up amount has been set for card reloads.

Restrictions
If there are products you do not want your child to purchase from school canteens, you can disable these items in the system; restricted items cannot be purchased by the student.
You may also set quantity limits for specific products so that the student cannot buy more than the defined amount.
In addition, you can generate reports of your child’s canteen spending and all credit top-up transactions made to the card.
Security
Campus security is ensured through the ITKPASS and Turnstile System implemented across all our schools. This system allows all campus entry and exit points to be controlled and recorded.
Campus Entry–Exit Procedures
All our campuses are equipped with turnstile systems at main entrance gates, transition points connecting school buildings within the campus, and cafeteria entrances. Our students and all staff members enter and exit by scanning their personally assigned ITKPASS cards at the turnstiles.
Use of the ITKPASS Card
- Student and parent cards, personalized within the scope of the ITKPASS system, are collected from the relevant school administration offices.
- Parents who do not have their ITKPASS card with them may enter the campus using the QR code application.
- At turnstiles where the QR code application is not available, or in cases where the system is temporarily unavailable, parents are required to obtain a visitor card from the Security Unit.
- When obtaining a visitor card, parents must provide their full name, the details of the student they are the guardian of, and present a valid identification document to the security officer.
All these procedures are carried out meticulously to ensure the highest level of safety for our students and staff.
