With regard to the processing of your personal data within the scope of this Information Notice, İzmir Özel Türk Koleji-İTK, as the Data Controller, covering the companies Tatış Eğitim ve Öğretim İşletmeciliği Tic. ve San. A.Ş., Tatış Turizm Yatırım Özel Eğitim ve Öğretim İşletmeciliği Ticaret A.Ş., İTK Manisa Özel Eğitim ve Öğretim İşletmeciliği Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Mavi Tur Bodrum Mavı Turızm San. Tic. A.Ş., Seres Gourmet Üretım Paz. San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. and Seres Foods Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., has the title of Data Controller, and your personal data is processed by the data controller (İTK) under the conditions explained below, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of conducting the procedures and investigations aimed at evaluating the applications you have submitted to İTK or to companies providing human resources services and assessing your suitability for employment, carrying out the records and procedures required for your acceptance and onboarding, planning and executing in a lawful manner the operations and activities regarding all kinds of visitors entering and leaving İTK campuses, organizing, planning, executing, and auditing activities related to the corporate security of persons with whom İTK has a business relationship, structuring and/or executing and/or developing human resources operations and activities,
and, if your likelihood of employment becomes apparent, evaluating whether you are a draft evader, your criminal record, and whether your health status is suitable in accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of National Education to which İTK schools are affiliated, enabling a new job offer to be made to individuals who have applied for a position at İTK if an appropriate position becomes available, and for this purpose storing their resumes and the interview and reference check notes taken during the job application evaluation period, keeping an archival record of job applications made to İTK in accordance with the principle of data minimization.

2. Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties

Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated above and to the extent required by such purposes, to İTK affiliates, suppliers, and other service providers within the country, to legally authorized public institutions and/or private persons, and abroad to internet servers from which services are received, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by İTK in physical and/or electronic environments through different channels such as the İTK website, interviews, websites where job postings are shared, recruitment consultancy companies, human resources agencies, submission of resumes in person, etc., and based on different legal grounds, through fully or partially automated methods or, provided that it is part of a data recording system, through non-automated methods.

The main legal bases for the collection of your personal data are the evaluation of your job application and the establishment of an employment relationship. For this purpose, your personal data may be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, namely Article 5/2/c for the establishment and performance of an employment contract, Article 5/2/e for the establishment and exercise of a right, Article 5/2/d if your personal data has been made public, or Article 5/2/f if processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. In cases where none of these or any other legal bases listed in the law exists, your personal data will be processed only if you have provided explicit consent pursuant to Articles 5/1 and 6/2.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

You may submit your rights and requests under Article 11 of KVKK, which “regulates the rights of the data subject,” via the Application Form available at http://www.ozelturkkoleji.com/ or by a petition to be prepared by you, to İTK’s address “Mithatpaşa Cad.
