No. Since İTK Store accounts are automatically created based on the 2024-2025 academic year registration information, you will not be able to make a purchase.

If you are logging in to our online store for the first time, you can sign in by entering the Turkish ID number of the student for whom you are the parent or guardian as both the username and password. If you are the parent or guardian of more than one student, you must log in separately with each student’s Turkish ID number and create separate orders.

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” button on the İTK Store login screen. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this email, you may notify us at kitap@itk.k12.tr . You will be informed once your password has been reset.

You can report any issues you experience during payment by contacting us at kitap@itk.k12.tr . Once the issue has been identified, you will be informed.

You can track the shipment status of your order through your İTK Store account. If you believe the shipment status is incorrect, you may notify us at kitap@itk.k12.tr .

Notifications regarding missing or damaged items must be sent to kitap@itk.k12.tr within 4 business days after the packages are delivered to you. The missing or damaged items will be supplied and sent to the relevant school administration, where they will be delivered to you or your student.

Although Education Packages vary by grade level, they generally include Turkish, English, and Second Foreign Language textbooks, digital platform licenses, and activity fees. Information on which contents are generally included for each grade level is specified under the product information section on İTK Store. However, not all of these items will be delivered to you by courier. The list of items that will not be delivered by courier and their delivery methods are specified below.
