April 23 marks the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, the declaration of national sovereignty, and a world-first achieved by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk by dedicating this meaningful day to children. As İzmir Özel Türk Koleji, we proudly uphold the spirit of national sovereignty embodied in April 23 and celebrate with great enthusiasm the importance of raising children as modern, free-thinking individuals. We joyfully celebrate the holiday of the children to whom we entrust our future.
