GENERAL OVERVIEW

A Strong Heritage, Modern Education İTK Bornova Campus

As İzmir Özel Türk Koleji, with a deep rooted educational tradition since 1950, we take Atatürk’s principles and reforms as our guide and prepare our students for the future through a contemporary, innovative, and international approach to education.

Our aim is to raise individuals who are not only academically successful but also self confident, responsible, creative, and happy in social and cultural life.

In line with these goals, we offer rich learning environments that support our students’ physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and linguistic development by taking into account their individual developmental characteristics, abilities, and interests.

Dining Hall and Nutrition
Located on the entrance floor of the campus, the bright and spacious dining hall serves meals produced on site under the supervision of food engineers. Handmade, fresh, and balanced menus ensure healthy nutrition for students.
Sports, Arts, and Club Activities

With its strong infrastructure, the Bornova Campus supports students’ engagement with sports and the arts. Thanks to the enclosed passage located on the -1st floor, students can access sports areas without being affected by weather conditions.

On the same floor, club rooms such as music, visual arts, drama, ballet, ceramics, chess, fashion design, gymnastics, band, and world cuisines support students’ development in line with their interests.

Social Areas

Social areas on the campus are planned according to age groups. Canteen and seating areas for primary education students are separate, while those for high school students are completely independent. In addition, the greenhouse located within the campus enables students to connect with nature and develop production and environmental awareness.

With its modern infrastructure, safe environment, and rich facilities, the Bornova Campus is a contemporary educational center that supports students’ academic, social, and personal development at the highest level.

LOCATION

İTK Bornova Campus

Transportation can be provided by getting off at Bornova Metro Station on the Fahrettin Altay–Evka 3 Metro line and then taking ESHOT bus lines 505 or 267 from the bus departure point and getting off at the “Türk Koleji” stop, or by using the Alparslan–Yeni Garaj minibuses departing from in front of Bornova Metro Station.

Opened in 2000, the campus has stood out with its modern campus layout and planetarium since 2007.
İTK Bornova Campus
The third campus in İzmir and the fourth in the Aegean Region, integrating sports into daily life with its semi Olympic indoor swimming pool and sports complex.
İTK Manisa Campus
Opened in 2015–2016, the campus brings contemporary education to the region as ITK’s first investment outside İzmir.
İTK Marmaris Campus
Opened in 2013–2014, the campus stands out with its modern facilities and social responsibility projects.
